KU Leuven ERC projects
The European Research Council (ERC) funds the very best scientists in Europe to perform novel and groundbreaking research, enabling disruptive innovations with high impact for society, on a scale and with a prestige that was unprecedented. KU Leuven fully embraced the ERC from its establishment in 2007, and integrated ERC’s high standards and principles in its own research policy. Over 100 ERC grants involve KU Leuven researchers, who are creating value for society with their great discoveries.
