Research Funding

At KU Leuven, research is enabled by various internal, national and international financial resources. Also if you are not affiliated (yet) with KU Leuven, you can apply for different types of funding, giving you the opportunity to conduct research at KU Leuven, for a short or longer term, or in collaboration with KU Leuven researchers. This web page provides an overview of those funding schemes that are open to external researchers.
